Framework agreement for film production

The Norwegian Courts Administration (DA) shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer within film production. DA needs a tenderer who can assist with advice, communication and film production that supports the competence work in Norway's courts (the courts and the courts administration). The Norwegian Courts Administration requests a joint venture partner with film competence in production of films as a means of use in learning and competence development.
