Financiar contabil interimar- Bochis Mariana si avizat prin Hotararea nr. 11/ 11/ 01.10.2026. in valoare estimata de 68.595,00 lei - Prezenta procedura a fost introdusa in PAPP 2026 nr. 20312/22.09.2026, avizata de catre Consiliul de Administratie a SJUSM conform Hotararii nr. 11 din data de 01.10.2026 comunicata Serviciului Achizitii Publice in data de 01.10.2026. Prin achizitionarea produselor descrise in Anexa 1, autoritatea contractanta doreste sa raspunda necesitatilor identificate in cadrul spitalului, in baza Referatului de necesitate nr. 1097.X.256/17.09.2026 intocmit de Sef Sectie Medicina Legala Dr. Bartha Dioszegi Gabriella aprobat de manager – Dr. Szatmari Ludovic si avizat DFC de dir. Financiar contabil interimar- Bochis Mariana si avizat prin Hotararea nr. 11/ 01.10.2026. in valoare estimata de 68.595,00 lei Echipamentele ce vor fi achizitionate sunt strict necesare pentru dotarea serviciul de Medicina Legala.
