Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ (formularz asortymentowo-cenowy dla części 1, 2 i 3). Zamawiający gwarantuje Wykonawcy udzielenie zamówienia na kwotę, nie mniejszą niż 20% wartości umowy.
