Wat de aanbestedende dienst vraagt

The contracting authority shall, in accordance with political decisions, procure 60-100 nursing home places for persons with dementia and somatic long-term requirements. A hire contract and service provision agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. It is a prerequisite for the contract that the chosen tenderer procures, owns and provides the necessary premises at Askøy for the execution of the service. The tenderer shall take on total responsibility for providing (designing, engineering design, building and renting out), as well as administering, operating and maintaining the nursing home. The competition is reserved for non-profit organisations, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 30-2a. Please note that it is stated in the notice form that it is an open tender contest. This is because it is currently not technically possible to choose the procedure "open tender competition" in the notice form when form eForm 20 Health and Social Services is used. However, we emphasise that the procedure to be used is "an open tender contest".
