Accord-cadre à bons de commande relatif à l'exécution de travaux de voirie. Il s'ait d'un accord cadre mono attributaire avec minimum et maximum. Le montant minimum annuel de commande est fixé à 50 000 Euros HT, le montant maximum annuel de commande est fixé à 250 000 Euros HT. Le marché est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification, et pourra être reconduit, tacitement, trois fois par période d'une année. Sa durée totale n'excédera pas quatre ans. Les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction.
