The objective is to provide safe, weatherproof, durable and maintainable assets that support the long-term use of the property. The works address the deterioration of the existing pitched and flat roof coverings, improve the performance and lifespan of the roof structures, reduce future maintenance requirements, and contribute to the site's sustainability objectives through the generation of renewable energy. The works includes the replacement of roof coverings, rainwater goods, fascias, soffits, barge boards and associated components, together with any necessary repairs to roof substrates identified during the works.
