Renfrewshire Council requires a single Contractor to supply an end-to-end service to monitor the internal environmental conditions (including Temperature, Relative Humidity and CO2 Levels) of their housing stock, through the use of Environmental Sensors, for the next 8 years. This will include providing the Council with data, reports and analysis of the collected data, and subsequent recommendations on a per property and property type basis.
