Onsite and street parking must be available within 800 walkable feet of the proposed space. Restricted or metered parking of one hour or less within the two-block area of the space does not meet parking requirements Disabled Parking Requirements: In locations where, onsite parking is not available, disabled parking must meet whichever of the following conditions is greater: a. Provide five additional parking spaces in addition to existing disabled parking in an adjoining parking lot or garage with a fully accessible route to the office; or along city streets, by having the city provide a minimum of disabled spaces, in addition to any planned or required spaces within 250 feet from the accessible entrance. b.
