The purpose of this Amendment to the Combined Synopsis / Solicitation is to notify potential Offerors that the Government has re-programmed funding committed to this project in FY26. Subsequently, the Period of Performance is updated. A n additional Amendment will be issued providing answers and updates to timely submitted Industry Questions.
