The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), has a requirement for Annual Fire Protection System Inspection services at the U.S. Arid Land Agricultural Research Center. The contractor shall provide all qualified labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to perform required fire protection system inspections, testing, and associated services. The requirement includes inspection and testing of the fire alarm system, wet automatic fire sprinkler systems, fire pump, pre-action sprinkler system, portable fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and industrial fire suppression systems. The anticipated contract includes a base year and four option years. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 561990. Questions and Offers: All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to veronica.beck@usda.gov. Offers shall also be submitted electronically by email to veronica.beck@usda.gov no later than September 26, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). The solicitation identifies the offer due date as September 26, 2026 at 1700 PT. Offerors should review the entire solicitation and all attachments prior to submitting an offer. Offers should include completed pricing for the applicable line items/Schedule of Items and all information required by the solicitation.
