This requirement is for the acquisition for the demolition of an existing automatic double door and the installation of an automatic sliding glass door on building 1419 on JB Andrews. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: Quote in response to this solicitation must reflect CLIN structure identified below: Quanity: 1 Lot Description: Demo and Replace Entryway Door for B1419 IAW PWS Price: Total Price: For proposal evaluation see attached addendums, for CLIN structure see solication, and for wage determination see attached WD. Please see addendum for timeline on site visit, RFI's, and Proposal/Quote due date. Site Visit will be Sept 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT. Amendement 1 To attend site visit the attached Unoffical Visitor Base Pass Request template must be filled out and submitted to jacky.lauters@us.af.mil prior to 1300 EDT on 2 September. Template is an attached pdf: Unofficial Visitor Request Form Color (Updated 23 Mar 26) (1).pdf Amendment 2 Eight (8) RFI's from the sight visit have been incorporated into the solication, and attached as "Final RFI 89th AW Door" dated 15 September 2026.
