The contractor shall provide full-service maintenance for Zeiss MediTec equipment, including PMs, repair services, and software updates. Services shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and applicable medical equipment service standards. Provide regularly scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) on all covered Zeiss MediTec equipment. Ensure timely onsite repair and return to service of any malfunctioning equipment. Perform required software updates in accordance with manufacturer guidance. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12.6; Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Competition Approach: Small Business set-aside North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS): The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 811210, with a small business size standard of $34.0M. Submission of Quotes: Offerors must follow the requirements of FAR 52.212-1, Addendum to 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2, and Addendum to 52.212-2. Submission MUST include Volume I and Volume II.
