Set-Aside: Small Business (Total) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is: 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The SBA Size standard is 1,250 Employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is 5820 – Radio and Television Communication Equipment, Except Airborne The Nevada Army National Guard requires twelve (12) 150 Watt Mini Transit Cases and 16' Whip Antennas to support the L3 Harris AN/PRC-160(V)1 radios. This is a brand name only requirement. See the attached “Limited Competition Request - Redacted” justifying name branded L3 Harris OEM item only. NOTE: This is an Unfunded Requirement. Clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds for the Next Fiscal Year (Apr 1984) applies to this acquisition. Fiscal Year 2026 funding is not currently available, but is anticipated. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with the quote.
