The Government is securing environmental permits, to be provided prior to start of work.1. RFIs: Submit all questions in writing via email to the Contract Specialist no later than Monday, September 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CDT.2. RESPONSES: The Government will post answers via a solicitation amendment on SAM.gov/PIEE no later than Monday, September 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CDT.3. PROPOSAL DUE DATE: Submit proposals electronically in accordance with the solicitation instructions no later than Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CDT.
