The contractor will be responsible for supplying all equipment necessary to meet the requirements of this procurement. The upgraded equipment will enable Parks Canada to continue collecting accurate, high-quality, real-time elevation data. This data is essential for validating water level information and supporting effective management, operation, and maintenance of the Ontario Waterways. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted via Ariba on 2026-11-20 by 14:00 EST.
