The scope includes onsite security personnel, access control, visitor management, patrolling, and incident response, with shift-based coverage to ensure continuous operations across both locations. The supplier will also be responsible for staff management, supervision, training, and provision of backup resources. The objective is to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant working environment nationwide, supported by a reliable and experienced security provider that is able to meet and adhere to the British Council’s requirements and standards
