Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This is requirement is for 11 EACH. The required delivery is 245 days ARO to New Cumberland, PA (line 0001).
