Amendment 0001 - provides responses to questions received, makes changes to Section C and extends offer due date/time. The National Park Service at Independence National Historical Park (INDE) has a requirement for a contractor to provide annual testing and certification of all backflow prevention devices (and air-gap separations), plus responsive maintenance and repair when devices fail or fall out of compliance. This is a total small business set-aside acquisition. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price. A site visit is scheduled for September 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET.
