The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), is soliciting quotations for tree cutting, trimming, removal, vegetation management, and storm-response services at the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) in Beltsville, Maryland. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 561730 Landscaping Services. The anticipated contract will consist of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Offerors shall review the complete solicitation, Performance Work Statement, Schedule of Items, and applicable provisions and clauses prior to submitting a quotation. Pricing shall be submitted in accordance with the Schedule of Items. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer, Veronica Beck, at veronica.beck@usda.gov no later than 09/24/2026 at 12:00pm PST. All correspondence should reference Solicitation No. 127EAU26Q0076 in the subject line. Offers are due no later than Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
