Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Lieferung von intelligenten Wandlermessgeräten für die Nieder-, Mittel- und Hochspannung (nachfolgend auch "iMG-Wandler" genannt) sowie von Mobilfunkmodulen zur Erweiterung der WAN-Kommunikation (nachfolgend auch "WAN-Modul" genannt) gemäss den Ausschreibungsunterlagen.
