Der Erweiterter Rohbau umfasst die Erd-, Beton-, Mauer- und Trockenbauarbeiten für die Errichtung der Werk- und Instandsetzungshalle HIL. Im Leistungsumfang sind: ca. 6000 m³ Bodenaushub, Gründungspolster ca. 2200 m³, 885 m² Mauerwerk KS davon ca. 380 m² als Sichtnauerwerk, Bodenplatte ca. 1.800 m² Dicke 80 cm Wände, Decken, Dach aus Stahlbeton ca. 1.200 m³, Betonstahl ca. 525 t.
