Provision of Consultancy Services to Revenue (National VRT Service) in respect of the Valuation of Motor Vehicles and other Related Services. The successful Tenderer will be required to provide opinions of the Open Market Selling Price (OMSP) of motor vehicles (i.e. the price, inclusive of all taxes and duties, which motor vehicles might reasonably be expected to fetch on a first arm’s length sale thereof in this State by retail) and technical advice in respect of motor vehicles. The successful tenderer will be expected to have; Significant expertise in the valuation of motor vehicles in Ireland. Expertise in the valuation of used vehicles imported from the UK, Japan and other jurisdictions is particularly important. Specialist expertise in the full spectrum of electric, hybrid and electric hybrid vehicles. The successful Tenderer will undertake the physical examination of vehicle(s), at the request of Revenue.
