Sunnhordland Procurement Forum is conducting this tender procedure on behalf of the municipalities of Stord, Tysnes, Bømlo, Fitjar, and Kvinnherad. Each municipality is a separate legal entity, and the final contract must therefore be signed by the authorized representative of the respective municipality. The municipalities aim to enter into a contract for the supply of food products for commercial kitchens. The scope of the supply is described in the attached specification of requirements and pricing schedule. This contract is intended for production kitchens/commercial kitchen operations. Other municipal departments have the right, but not the obligation, to use the contract. The contract includes food products within the following categories: bread and bakery products; grocery products; fruit and vegetables; fish and seafood products; meat and meat products. Dairy products are covered under a separate sub-contract.
