At least 5 years of legal work experience, including legal support for government agencies and regulatory activities. At least 3 years of work experience in international organizations or projects. Proficiency in Kyrgyz and Russian; proficiency in English shall be an advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) shall be mandatory.
