The Project Implementation Center for Water Supply and Wastewater under the Committee for Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tajikistan (PIC-CHCS) has received financing from the World Bank for the Water Supply and Sanitation Investment Project (WSIP-1) and intends to use a portion of these funds to make payments under the contract for the procurement of office equipment for the PIC and the Committee for Housing and Communal Services in Dushanbe. 2. The procurement will be conducted using the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method, in accordance with the World Bank's “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers of the” dated July 2016, revised in September 2023 and will be open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the applicable Procurement Regulations. 3. In this regard, the PIC-CHCS invites eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of the goods specified in the Request for Quotations (RFQ) document under the contract entitled “Procurement of Computer Equipment and Printing Devices for the Offices of PIC-CHCS and the Committee for Housing and Communal Services.” 4. The RFQ document will be provided free of charge to all interested suppliers upon submission of a written request to the address below or by email to the address specified in Section 6. 5. Deadline for Submission of Quotations: Quotations must be submitted no later than November 5 rd 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (Dushanbe local time) . Electronic submission of quotations is not permitted. Quotations received after the deadline will be rejected. 6.
