À la suite de l'incendie survenu en 2023, ayant détruit la salle de gymnastique, la Ville de Gennevilliers a engagé une opération de reconstruction afin de rétablir l'équipement sportif, tout en améliorant ses performances techniques, environnementales et fonctionnelles. En application de l'article L.2113-10 du Code de la commande publique, la présente consultation est décomposée en 2 macro-lots et 1 lot, chaque macro-lot ou lot faisant l'objet d'un marché séparé, confié à une entreprise ou à un groupement d'entreprises
