Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de remplacement des systèmes de ventilation mécanique contrôlée (VMC) au sein des établissements du Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT) Yvelines Nord. Ces travaux s’inscrivent dans une démarche d’amélioration des performances énergétiques et de mise en conformité des installations techniques, conformément aux exigences réglementaires en vigueur. Le recours aux certificats d'économie d'énergie (CEE) est obligatoire pour l’attribution du marché, conformément aux articles R. 2151-8 et suivants du Code de la commande publique.
