The Standing Offer is for 2 firm years and 1 option year. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted via Ariba on 2026-10-23 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
