What the buyer is asking for

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) invites Architectural and Engineering firms with professional expertise and experience in providing Technical Advisory Services for the Cultural Heritage Science (CHS) Project to act as the Prime Consultant to submit an offer. This procurement will follow a one-phase submission process. The selected consultant will provide the services identified in the Project Briefon a Task Authorization basis to support the delivery of the CHS Project during the Co-development Phase and will support the Crown by providing objective expertise in laboratory planning, building systems integration, design development oversight, and constructability review of the selected Development Partner’s Technical Submittals under the Development Phase Agreement (DPA) Works located in Gatineau. Late submissions will not be considered. Proposals may be submitted in either of Canada's official languages.
