What the buyer is asking for

All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 27 November 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to qualify to become Supply Arrangement holders to provide Counter-Uncrewed Aerial System (C-UAS) service-based solutions that provide detection, tracking, identification, classification, and defeat capabilities to support Department of National Defence establishments across Canada. The period of the Supply Arrangement will be for five (5) firm years with five (5), one (1)-year option periods. A National Security Exception has been invoked for this requirement. As a result, this RFSA and any future solicitations issued against the resulting Supply Arrangement are excluded from the obligations of all applicable trade agreements.
