A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to offerors who bid on the previous solicitation. Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires one (1) National Standing Offer for the encasement of pre-existing badges for retiring members. The Standing Offer period is for five (5) years from date of issuance. This procurement is subject to the following CLCA Agreements. 1. Inuvialuit Final Agreement 2. Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
