What the buyer is asking for

Request for Information (RFI) for Investigative Services 1000572132 The CRA has an ongoing need for external independent investigative services to conduct investigations into occurrences of workplace harassment and violence, and investigations into allegations of discrimination or misconduct related to discrimination, harassment and violence, on behalf of the CRA, across Canada. The CRA is seeking industry feedback to understand industry capacities, service delivery models, and best practices. Respondents may submit their responses to this RFI either in writing (Option 1) or verbally (Option 2). Please see RFI document for further details. Responses must be received on or before October 20, 2026, no later than 14:00 EDT. All responses to this Request for Information must be directed in writing and submitted by email to the Contracting Authority. Respondents are requested to provide a contact name, email address and telephone number when submitting their response. Please refer to the RFI document for further information and instructions regarding this RFI. Any questions or response to the request for information (RFI) should be sent to the Contracting Authority.
