What the buyer is asking for

ESDC requires a contractor to provide warehousing, inventory management, relocation, packing, crating, transportation, and distribution services for audio visual (AV), video conferencing, and information technology (IT) equipment and related peripherals. Services must be delivered from a single secure warehouse facility located within the NCR or GTA. The contractor will relocate approximately 336 pallets/crates from ESDC's current facility, maintain inventory using a web-enabled WMS, provide storage and reporting services, and coordinate shipments to locations across Canada, including remote locations where required. The contractor will be responsible for asset custody, inventory accuracy, shipment tracking, and secure handling throughout the contract period, as well as optional warehouse decommissioning services at contract end.
