MS DYNAMICS 365 DIGITAL PLATFORM FOR THE GRANTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (GCIMS)

What the buyer is asking for

Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) has a requirement for services related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform in order to continue enhancing its digital platform by developing new functionalities to advance the GCIMS modernization initiative and improve service delivery. Resources will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the existing system, supporting data migration and transformation activities, and developing new functionalities within GCIMS. This includes enhancing the external-facing Power Pages portal and internal Dynamics 365 and Power Platform administration site to support the modernization initiative and provide external applicants and stakeholders with a secure, user-friendly experience for accessing services, submitting applications, exchanging information, tracking requests and interacting with government programs. The Contractor’s resources, with experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Platform solutions and associated business processes, will be required to support various requirements as identified in the applicable Task Authorization (TA).
