What the buyer is asking for

This Request for Proposal (RFP) supersedes #W6399-27-SS20, due to a change in dollar amount, and the impact on trade agreements, a new solicitation has been created to reflect the changes. The Department of National Defence has a requirement for up to three (3) Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D Printers intended for high-performance manufacturing applications, such as prototyping, tooling and production of end-use parts composed of thermoplastic polymer powders. This procurement process is intended to result in the acquisition of up to three (3) SLS 3D Printers. The equipment being bid in this requirement must fully comply with the Technical Specifications within the Request for Proposal solicitation document. The deliverables are required no later than March 31, 2027. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
