TWO PHASE SELECTION PROCESS This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. AAFC is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to complete ventilation and life-safety upgrades within the vehicle service bay of Building #1. The work includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of new systems, including general exhaust ventilation, vehicle source-capture exhaust extraction, welding fume collection, gas detection, and associated controls. The objective of the project is to improve air quality, enhance worker safety, and bring the facility into compliance with applicable codes and standards.
