Estate Agency Services for Herefordshire Council's Commercial Estate

What the buyer is asking for

This tender is for a supplier to undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gearing and any other lease events in respect of the Council's commercial property estate (excluding retail). Additionally, the Supplier will be required to undertake the marketing and associated letting of vacant premises across Herefordshire. The estimated value of this contract is expected to be in the region of £250,000 over the full term (including any extension options), however, the actual value will be subject to the service need and the supplier's performance. The maximum spend under this contract will not exceed £450,000. The contract term is for 3 years with the option for up to two extensions of up to 12 months each (3+1+1). Individual packages of work issued under the contract may extend beyond the life of the overarching agreement.
