The Senedd requires software solutions to support media monitoring, press office management, social media management and social media listening activities. These services play an important role in helping the Senedd understand the reach, impact and effectiveness of its communications activity, monitor public and media discussion, and support engagement with people across Wales. The procurement has been structured into four separate lots to enable suppliers to bid for individual, multiple, or all lots with one or multiple systems.
