What the buyer is asking for

West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) and Local Authorities require high-quality, robust data on the travel behaviour of residents across West Yorkshire to inform policy-making; support the development, appraisal and evaluation of transport strategies and schemes; and to understand the wider impacts of transport investment and policy decisions. The Combined Authority, therefore, seeks to appoint a competent Consultant (Consultancy firm) to provide a comprehensive and representative understanding of travel behaviour, including travel patterns, mode choice, accessibility, and distributional impacts to fully support transport planning and evaluation at a West Yorkshire level through the West Yorkshire Travel Survey (WY TRADS).
