Provision of Temporary Storage & Site Accommodation

What the buyer is asking for

Northumberland County Council are seeking to appoint a contractor for the provision of the hire of temporary storage and site accommodation units including all maintenance, delivery, collection, testing, operator training, monitoring and where applicable, weekly servicing of toilets and consumables throughout the county of Northumberland. The hire of temporary site accommodation includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Anti vandal office/canteen • All in one anti vandal 'welfare' units • All in one 'Eco Welfare Unit' • Welfare van • Anti vandal high security store containers • Drying rooms The hire of secure anti vandal toilet units, including, but not limited to: • Self-contained chemical toilet including cleaning and restocking on a weekly basis •Toilet block facility 2 + 1 • Toilet block facility 3 + 1 • Shower unit
