What the buyer is asking for

Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association is procuring works and services for the delivery of responsive maintenance, void property works, roofing and drainage services across its housing stock and associated properties in Scotland. The services will support the maintenance, repair and, where instructed, improvement of Hanover’s properties, including occupied homes, void properties, communal areas, supported and sheltered housing, offices and other managed properties. The procurement is divided into regional and workstream-based Lots, and successful providers will be required to deliver safe, customer-focused, compliant and well-managed services throughout the contract term.
