What the buyer is asking for

Nottinghamshire County Council (the Authority) is seeking to appoint one Provider through a below-threshold open competitive process to deliver the Peep Learning Together Programme for children aged 3 to 4 years and their parents/carers. The procurement supports the Authority’s Best Start in Life work and is intended to improve school readiness and reduce inequalities in outcomes for children living in disadvantaged communities. The Council is particularly interested in working with an organisation from the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector to deliver the programme, reflecting the community-based nature of the service.
