EBCT 469 - Employment Land Needs Assessment

What the buyer is asking for

Erewash Borough Council (EBC) wishes to commission an Employment Land Needs Assessment (ENLA) to support preparation of its new Local Plan which will contribute to establishing the Borough's development needs. The objective is to provide up to date evidence on economic prospects and forecasts of the scale of future business space needs for the Borough of Erewash. This will involve assessment of prevailing market conditions, assessment of existing sites or concentrations of employment land, and estimating the quantitative need for future business space within the borough up to 2040.
