What the buyer is asking for

The scope of the work shall include the procurement, installation, co-ordination, site testing, commissioning, provision of record documentation, together with the whole of the labour and materials necessary to form a complete inspection. Because of the possibility of failure of the supply to the normal lighting occurring shortly after a period of testing, all tests should be undertaken at times of minimum risk. Alternatively, suitable temporary arrangements should be made until the batteries have been recharged. For further details please see Appendix 2 - specification
