Lift Refurbishment and Replacements – Keel Court, Green Dragon Court, Fairlead House and Bordeaux House

What the buyer is asking for

TRG have a requirement Lift Replacement and/or Refurbishment. The tender will cover 4 lots. The lot structure will be as follows: • Lot 1 – Keel Court, 11 Newport Avenuen, E14 2DT (Refurbishment) • Lot 2 – Green Dragon Yard, Old Montague Street, E1 5NJ (Replacement) • Lot 3 – Fairlead House, Cassilis Road, E14 9LB (Replacement) • Lot 4 – Bordeaux House, 1 Luxembourg Mews, E15 1SD (Refurbishment) Bidders can bid for any combination of lots but should note that all four sites will need to commence as soon as possible after award and run concurrently, therefore any Bidder that wins more than one Lot will need to demonstrate that they have the capacity to deliver at multiple sites at the same time.
