What the buyer is asking for

The University Estates and Campus Services Department will have a number of construction projects to advance over the new five years, which will require the selective input of external consultants, including Architectural Services. The scope, standards, and expectations for the provision of Architectural and associated services are to support the delivery of capital, refurbishment, and maintenance projects within Estates for the University of Dundee. The appointed Architect shall provide comprehensive professional architectural, design, and contract administration services to ensure projects deliver value for money, comply with statutory and procurement requirements, and support the University’s strategic estates objectives.
