Provision of Servicing and Maintenance of Chiller (HVAC) and AC units to Kingston University

What the buyer is asking for

The services required consist of the following deliverables, to be covered under a formal Service Level Agreement: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) – routine servicing, inspecting and testing to an agreed schedule, according to statutory obligations, British Standards, risk assessments and manufacturer’s recommendations. Reactive Maintenance – a call-out service with on-site response in accordance with set priorities, including emergency out-of-hours provision, to investigate faults and issues, make safe or ‘de-risk’ and repair. Planned Maintenance and Minor Works – planned repair and remediation identified from PPM and reactive attendance, or upgrade, modification, installation and other assistance on request from the University. Asset and Condition Appraisal – annual verification and condition review of systems within contract scope, making recommendations regarding life cycle renewal and planned maintenance priorities.
