What the buyer is asking for

System Integrator (SI) to support the implementation of the target end state for United Utilities. The appointed supplier will be responsible for delivering end-to-end systems integration services, including solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, transition to the future-state operating model, hypercare, and ongoing support and maintenance. As a critical capability within a regulated utility environment, the target end state must support accurate billing, revenue assurance, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, an enhanced customer experience, and the modernisation of business processes through the adoption of leading industry practices.
