What the buyer is asking for

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to procure for Planned Maintenance (PPM), Statutory Compliance, Emergency Call Out, Responsive Repairs and Minor Building Maintenance Works to Council buildings throughout the Borough. The tender consists of 4 specialist Lots. The lots are as Follows: Lot 3A (Heating and Mechanical), Lot 3B (HVAC Controls and Renewables), Lot 3C (Water Hygiene and Specialist Water systems), Lot 4 (Lift Maintenance). There is no restriction on how many of these lots that can be bid for, and also irrespective of any other lots already held.
