Dover District Council wishes to appoint a multidisciplinary Lead Consultant Team to support the progression of key regeneration projects within Dover Town Centre and invites Tenderers to submit a Tender to meet the Council’s requirements. The Contract is anticipated to commence 11th January 2027 and end 31st March 2028 (unless terminated earlier by the Council). Expressions of interest will only be accepted via the Kent Business Portal. The completed ITT response is to be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 12:00 hours on 6th November 2026.
